Print Heads Ink was founded in 2008 by owner Mark A. Rodriguez with the idea of providing the highest quality remanufactured printer cartridges he could while reducing his enviornmental impact.
Mark, was looking for a way to provide a lower cost alternative to the high priced OEM cartridges without loosing quality, so he saw this as an opportunity to provide a high quality product that would meet his approval as far as quality, carbon foot print, and coupled that with top notch service without paying the high OEM prices and thus Print Heads Ink was born.
Mark was a Systems Engineer for 13 years working with fortune 100 companies as well as an IT Consultant for Small and Medium size companies prior to starting Print Heads Ink, and he had a vast knowledge on IT Networks and Printers.
After purchasing many low quality products in the past. He said "There must be a way to produce higher quality" and started on his research visiting many of the manufactures that produce the equipment and supplies needed to produce Ink & Toner cartridges. After choosing the best vendors he could find Mark attended various traninig programs offered by his vendors to make sure he was able to gain a vast knowledge of cartridge technologies and understand fully what it takes to make a high quality finished product that could compete with the OEM cartridges.
Today Print Heads Ink services customers in 8 states, and uses only the highest quality inks and parts that we can buy to insure we provide our customers the best possible product.
