A: No, an OEM manufacture cannot void your warranty because you used ink cartridges that were not supplied by them.  The Magnuson-Moss act of 1975 prohibits OEM manufactures from voiding your warranty when using remanfucatured or compatiable printer cartridges.

Most OEM manufactures will tell you that using remanfuactured cartridges is bad for your printer, they will tell you this because that is how the OEM's suppliers make money.  They will almost give you the printer for free because they know you will spend thousands on the ink and toner for them over the life of the printer. They will also say that aftermarket cartridges will not provide the same print quality, when in truth some after market products provide better quality since the inks we use are reformulated to match or beat OEM standards.

 

That is why Print Heads Ink only uses the best quality inks we can buy.  All of our cartridges are prepared and tested before they leave our hands, to make sure they meet or exceed OEM standards. 

A: Most ink jet cartridges can be refilled 7 to 10 times depending on the cartridge.  Laser toner cartridges can be refilled hundreds of times beacuse all the internal parts are changed.
A: Yes, all of our cartrdiges come with a 100% Satisfaction Gurantee.  If for some reason you are not satisfied with your products, we will issue a replacement product.

 Q: What if I do not have an empty cartridge to refill?
 
A: That is no problem at all, we do not require an empty cartridge to fill your order.  We carry a large supply of cartridges that are ready for delivery.
