Print Heads Ink provides a 1 Year 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all of it's ink and toner cartridges. 
 
Should you have an issue with a product that was supplied by Print Heads Ink please contact our customer service department at customerservice@printheadsink.com or call our office at 1-(877) 382-3993.
 
You may also complete the retrun request form below and fax or email the completed form to our office.

Return Policy
   
Unopened items maybe returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Items that are returned or exchanged must be in resellable condition and in there original unopened packaging and have no markings on the packaging. Shipping fees are not returned, refunded or credited to your account.
 
Returns for item(s) ordered that were not needed or ordered in error may be subject to a 15% restocking fee of the purchase price for the item(s), shipping fees are not returned, refunded or credited to your account.
 
Print Heads Ink reserves the right to not supply replacement products to customers that abuse our Return Policy.

Print Heads Ink will collect personal information from you such as your name, address, phone number and credit card information in order to process your orders.  Some of this information will need to be released to Print Heads Ink merchant provider for credit and debit card transactions.  Print Heads Ink may also use this personal information to send you news, letters or other direct mailing items to inform you of any specials or information regarding Print Heads Ink.  We will not sell or distribute your information to any third party companies for solicitation.
